CTC Commuications can provide 24 hour alarm monitoring via our Control Room on 1300 657 740.

Our Security technician will connect up your alarm panel phone dialler and program our Security Number.

For peace of mind, your property will be monitored 24 hours, we can provide a patrol guard to your site, should no one on your contact list be able to be notified.

Q: Whats the cost?

A: The cost of this monitoring is 66c per day for residentual or $1.10 for business.

Q: What is the cost of a Patrol car to my site?

A: Depending upon your location, the Patol car costs vary from $65.00-$85.00 inc g.s.t

Q: Do I have to sign a  contract?

A: No at CTC we do not lock our customer into contracts. 

Q What are the payment options?

A: When you opt to have this monitoring as part of your installation package, then montitoring is paid 12 months in advance with a 10% discount of your installation package.

Q; What if I have an existing alarm?

A: Then, there is a connection fee of $99.00 for CTC to connect a phone line to your panel and then monitoring is paid Quarterly in advance.

Q: Do we hold your keys.

A: No keys are held to properties monitored by CTC.

Q: Is there a code to push into my alarm, to report a silent duress to the control room.

A: Yes there is.

Q: Can my alarm be silent, instead of making a noise.
