The KX-TDA30AL is a hybrid IP-PBX communication solution designed for small business with up to 28 users.

The Panasonic KX-TDA30AL system combines the advantages of traditional telecommunications with the convergence of IP technology offering maximum feature and functional flexibility to handle all your business communication. The system is a powerful business tool in today's converged networking environment.

This high performing business communication solution also supports advanced telephone and messaging solutions, efficient and flexible communications, wireless DECT connectivity, IP networking capability and Voice-Over-IP capability.

The KX-TDA30AL can serve as the core of an efficient contact centre for your small business operation providing outstanding customer service. Use the system to automatically distribute incoming calls as desired to a particular extension or group of extensions such as VIP Call, which provides special handling for key customers and Automated Attendant, which answers calls automatically.

Support for Panasonic Wireless DECT solution allows you to stay connected even while away from your desk, providing increased productivity - and never keep a customer waiting.

With Panasonic KX-TDA Hybrid IP-PBX, you can migrate at your own pace towards VoIP and allow voice and data communication to work within the same network. You can change or add modules without switching off the system. In addition, the system is scalable to match your business growth with handsets and accessories that are common across the system range.

Maintenance Contract inclusions:

This contract offering provides clientele with a 4-hour response time for major system failures and a 48-hour response time for minor system failures.

This service is provided Monday through Friday, 8am till 5pm. All parts and labour are covered under this offering (excluding certain conditions) for the entire term of the contract.

Any services performed outside the contracted hours is billable for labour only.

This contract is only offered to Installations performed by CTC Communications

Exclusions: All Parts are under manufacturers warranty period and start from the date of install.

Damaged cabling or terminations Lightning Strikes Faults caused by other Contractors

Working on system Accidental Damage and Breakage Adds Moves and Changes.

As part of your contract we allocate three pre-programmed Service Calls spread out over your 12 months for routine system maintenance,

At this time you may choose to have addtional user training or programming of user hot keys or re-allocate system ringing groups.

Your will also be offered a 10% discount on any addtional communications works performed on your premises and a 10% of any addtional phone products purchased within the 12 month period you are covered by your maintance contract.
