C.T.C Communications delivers products Australia wide using Australia Post delivery service.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship good overseas.
Parcel Tracking
All packages sent are registered with Australia Post E Parcel service and provide full tracking once it leaves our premises until it arrives at its destination. A signature on arrival is necessary for shipment.
Please ensure your mobile number and emails are entered into your order to help us with this automated tracking service.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

We delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers but ideally work addresses are more suitable for a signed delivery.

MyAlarmhas released theiFob Control appwhich provides real time control andfeedback of compatible IP enabled alarm systems with the Bosch Solution 6000 IP Module, day to day functions can be performed from virtually anywhere in the world using your mobile smart device.
Arm and Disarm your Solution 6000 alarm system, operate an output, or even unlock a door with the press of a button on your smartphone device.
All events performed via the app are recorded in the system history log and as users are required to log on using their PIN only areas and doors they have access to can be controlled.
An optional panic button can be enabled allowing the user to trigger a panic alarm by holding the button for 3 seconds.

When installing the IP module onto a Bosch 6000 alarm, ensure that the alarm is completely powered off before installation.
After installing the IP module, first power it up from the AC mains and then plug in the battery power.
