Currently available in the app store for iOS devices and the Android version is available in the playstore.

This plan provides iFob Control app functionality and base station reporting over IP using the MyAlarm Secure VPN infrastructure. To use this plan you must have installed a MyAlarm SIM Enabled Cellular radio module MY744 / MY746 / MY747  or Cellular+ETH Combo module (MY366). When using the Cellular only module you can add a Wi-Fi Enabled keypad (CP741) to provide a redundant reporting path for greater security. The MyAlarm Website allows reporting configuration, status monitoring and customer app configuration options with your Installer Account.
This plan eliminates ongoing PSTN line rental and communication cost associated with non IP based systems and maintains full communication during a power failure. Event reports are sent via MyAlarm to your base station's existing receiver - No additional hardware is required at the base station.
Requirements


Panel must have an IP connection using a MyAlarm SIM Enabled Cellular radio MY744 / MY746 / MY747  or Cellular+ETH Combo (MY366). Customer supplied SIM cards are not supported on this plan.
NOTE: The MY744 / MY746 / MY747 Radio Module is supplied with MyAlarm SIM cards and can only be used to connect to MyAlarm

Steps for iFob activation After Online purchase

1. On keypad Press "Installer code MENU 5-0-9"
2. Enter in 11 Digit MyAlarm Installer Number 57507959850. Press OK.
3. The keypad will now show Registering to MyAlarm.
4. If registration Successful the keypad will show "MyAlarm Registration Successful". Otherwise it will show Error. If you are shown error please check your installer code and the panel internet connection and try again.
5. If successful, Exit programming mode by holding down the MENU button on the keypad.
6. Email you order number, panel serial number and mobile number/s that need to be activated for iFob at info@ctccommunications.com.au
7. Once above email is received we can send iFob set up code on nominated mobile or mobiles.

NOTE : Once iFob code is received on particular mobile number it can only be activated on the given mobile number only using MASTER ALARM PIN
