Stopping your alarm beeping | Changing your Alarm Battery| Turning On/Off your Alarm System

On the majority of Bosch alarm systems you can simply press the hash symbol # or enter button, this will silence the fault been for 12 hours.

To find out why the alarm system was in fault and beeping, you can diagnose this by pressing down and hold the 5 button on an LED will display refer to your User guide to find the fault code.

Open the Metal case, this may set the alarm to sound if the alarm sounds enter your four digit pin code followed by #/away.

  • Now remove the positive lead (red) then remove the negative (Black)
  • Remove the old battery and replace it with the new battery
  • Place the negative lead on the negative terminal (black)
  • Place the Positive lead on the positive terminal (red)
  • Close the panel up, fully arm the security system from the keypad and then disarm.

  • Turning on you Bosch Alarm System

  • At the keypad you need to enter your four digit pin code followed by #/ away button
  • This will arm your Bosch Alarm System, once the system starts beeping a count down, leave and the premises will arm.
  • Alternatively this can also be done with a remote control, if your system has one.

    Turning Off you Bosch Alarm System

  • To disarm your system enter your four digit pin code followed by #/ Away, or press the remote to disarm.

    Arming your system in stay mode.

  • If your system has been set up for stay/nigh arming enter your four digit code and stay/*
  • To disarm from this mode enter your four digit code and #/Away.

     

  • Step 1) Enter the four digit master code followed by MENU
  • Step 2) enter 1-3-0 into the keypad this will display a list of users, select which user you wish to add the remote to and press ok.
  • Step 3) you will now see a lot of 0000000000 on the screen this is were you enter the ID number for the remote , located on back of remote . Press and hold the locked padlock button on the remote for 5 seconds, you will see the RF ID number appear on the keypad.
  • Step 4) Press OK to save , Hold down Menu to exit and return to the main screen

  • Step 1) Enter the four digit master code followed by MENU
  • Step 2) Enter 5-1-1 press OK
  • Step3) select which mobile number you wish to change press OK
  • Step 4) Enter the new mobile number press OK to save
  • Step 5) hold down MENU to return to the home screen .

    NOTE:
    If you wish to delete a mobile number follow steps 1-3
    Once you have pressed OK on the mobile number press the OFF button to delete press OK and hold MENU to exit back to the main screen.

    Bosch Alarm SMS Number

  • Step 1) Enter your current four digit master code followed by MENU
  • Step 2 ) type in 1-1-0 into the keypad , the keypad will prompt you to enter a new four digit master code.
  • Step 3 ) enter in your new four digit code and press ‘OK’
  • Step 4 ) the panel will ask you to confirm this code ,enter the code again and press ‘OK’
  • Step 5) press and hold down the MENU Button for 5 seconds this will exit and take you back to the main screen.
