This professionally installed package combines the Bosch Solution 2000 control panel with a modern 5-inch touchscreen, Bosch B426-M IP Module, plug-pack power supply and 12V backup battery. It is designed for compatible properties that already have suitable wired detectors, sirens and cabling.
The compact touchscreen provides an easy-to-use interface for everyday alarm operation, while the included IP module enables compatible smartphone control and push notifications through the Bosch RSC+ App.
The included Bosch IUI-SOL-TS5 Touch Screen Codepad provides a compact and modern interface for controlling and checking the Solution 2000 alarm system.
The included Bosch B426-M IP Module connects the compatible Solution 2000 alarm to a suitable internet router for Bosch RSC+ App access.
Internet access and a compatible network connection are required. Mobile data, internet service, professional monitoring or third-party service charges may apply separately.
The included plug-pack power supply provides primary power to the Bosch Solution 2000 control panel. The 12V backup battery helps maintain alarm operation during a temporary mains-power interruption.
Available backup time depends on the system configuration, connected devices, battery condition and total current consumption.
The Bosch Solution 2000 can be divided into two separately controlled areas when professionally programmed for a compatible installation.
This can be useful for properties requiring separate arming arrangements, such as a home and garage, office and storage area, or two sections of a small business.
This upgrade kit is designed to replace compatible ageing alarm-control equipment while retaining suitable existing wired detectors, sirens and cabling where practical.
During installation, existing detectors, reed switches, sirens, tamper circuits, cabling and other connected equipment must be tested to confirm their condition and compatibility. Components that are damaged, incompatible or no longer reliable may need to be replaced.
The Bosch Solution 2000 can support compatible RF keyfobs when fitted with the appropriate receiver. This provides convenient remote arming and disarming.
The Solution 2000 does not support wireless motion detectors or wireless reed switches. If wireless alarm detectors are required, consider the expandable Bosch Solution 3000.
The Bosch Solution 2000 can be configured for compatible professional alarm monitoring, providing an additional layer of security when the property is unattended.
Depending on the selected service and response plan, trained monitoring operators can assess received alarm signals and follow the agreed response procedure.

This upgrade kit is available with installation only in Sydney metro areas. The system must be installed and configured by a suitably licensed security technician.
CTC Communications will assess the existing alarm equipment and confirm which detectors, sirens, reed switches and cables can be retained. Existing equipment that is damaged, incompatible or no longer reliable may require replacement.
The B426-M also requires a suitable internet router and available network connection near the alarm equipment.
