Purchased a twin pack of these 4 Button remote controls, and was able to set them up within seconds. Very easy to use, and very well constructed.
Received the item in decent time frame. I also raised a query on the installation of the unit and the response I received was fantastic and place me at ease. The unit is now installed without any hiccups. Very happy with the service

I couldn't be happier with the wonderful service and very competitive prices 👍
I have had these remote controls for over 23 years and needed to get another. I was very pleased to see that I could get the exact same product from CTC Communications at a reasonable price. The original remotes are still working perfectly and are used every day.
Great unit, works well 10/10
But some setup instructions would have been great, or a factory manual.
Very good value, and well made.
Efficient service and fast delivery
Hills Security Alarm System Reliance XR, Touchnav Kit with Optex Detectors
Ordered an AiPhone intercom door station. The part arrived quickly and in excellent condition.
Overall i think it's a very good unit and it's working well. Unit was well pack and arrived promptly. Easy to install. Only downside is it has a very noisy fan which is not ideal as it's located in a bedroom but apart from that I'm quite happy. Based on this order i would happily buy from CTC Communications again.
We had to buy this as the Chubb technicians are not supplied one for our regular testing of the system. The Bosch Glass Break Tester works perfectly!
Just don't hold it close to your ear. 😂
Dear Sir/Madam,
The purchased Kocom Door Station Slimline (KOCKCM(D11)) did not fit and replaced the old one (which is broken). I would like to purchase a KOCKCM32(D1) if available.
Thanks.
