Wireless Indoor Sounder DS-PS1-I-WB
The Hikvision DS-PS1-I-WB is a compact, high-output wireless indoor sounder designed to deliver instant audible and visual alerts when an alarm is triggered. Built for use with the Hikvision AX Pro Wireless Alarm System, this internal siren provides reliable, encrypted two-way communication and clear alarm indication inside homes and businesses.
Using 433 MHz two-way wireless communication with Hikvision’s Tri-X wireless protocol, the sounder maintains a stable connection with the control panel. Frequency-hopping anti-jamming technology ensures dependable performance, even in environments with wireless interference.
When activated, the DS-PS1-I-WB produces a loud alarm output between 90 and 110 dB, combined with a bright strobe light indicator. This makes it easy to alert occupants instantly and deter intruders the moment an alarm event occurs.
Clear Alerts & Multiple Alarm Tones
The wireless indoor sounder supports three distinct alarm sounds:
-
Intrusion alarm
-
Fire alarm
-
Panic alarm
Each tone is clearly differentiated, helping occupants quickly understand the type of event taking place. In addition, arming and disarming prompts can be enabled, with configurable LED indicators for visual confirmation of system status.
Long Battery Life & Secure Design
Powered by a long-life internal battery, the DS-PS1-I-WB offers an expected battery life of up to three years, based on typical usage (triggered every two weeks with 90 seconds of alarm output per event). Battery status is monitored by the system and reported through the app, ensuring timely replacement and continuous protection.
For added security, the sounder includes front and rear tamper protection. Any attempt to remove or interfere with the device will trigger a tamper alert, keeping the system protected at all times. AES-128 encryption safeguards all wireless communication between the sounder and the alarm panel.
Easy Installation & App Control
Installation is quick and flexible, with multiple enrolment methods available for professional installers. The compact housing allows discreet placement within interior spaces while maintaining strong audible coverage.
Once paired with an AX Pro system, the sounder can be fully configured remotely via the Hik-Connect App. Installers and users can adjust settings, monitor device status, and manage alerts without needing to access the unit physically.
