The Hikvision DS-2CD3686G2HT-LIZSY is an 8MP motorised varifocal bullet camera with DarkFighter S low-light technology and Smart Hybrid Light. Its 2.7–13.5mm lens allows remote framing and focus adjustment, while human and vehicle classification, HEOP 2.0 support and audio and alarm interfaces suit integrated CCTV systems. The supplied SKU is the -Y version with NEMA 4X protection.

Motorised Varifocal Lens

Set the 2.7–13.5mm lens remotely to frame a broad entrance or a narrower gate, loading bay or perimeter zone. Horizontal coverage ranges from 112.3° to 41.2°. Auto, semi-auto and manual focus modes support commissioning. The fixed bullet body remains in its installed position.

DarkFighter S and 130 dB WDR

The 1/1.8-inch sensor and F1.2 lens support low-light imaging through DarkFighter S technology. The model-specific -Y datasheet specifies 130 dB WDR for scenes with bright and shaded areas. Colour footage needs sufficient visible light; IR illumination supports black-and-white video when the scene is dark.

60m Smart Hybrid Light

Choose IR illumination for black-and-white night footage, white light for colour footage, or smart mode for an event-based lighting response. When configured, smart mode can switch from IR to white light around supported human or vehicle detections. Colour footage in complete darkness requires white illumination or another visible light source. Useful image detail depends on target distance and installation. IR and white-light illumination are specified up to 60m.

Human and Vehicle Detection

Human and vehicle classification supports target filtering for motion and perimeter events. Configure line crossing, intrusion, region entrance or region exiting rules to match the monitored area. Filtering helps reduce alerts from unrelated movement, with results depending on positioning, lighting, scene conditions and settings. The datasheet also specifies face capture and people counting. Available functions depend on the selected camera mode and compatible system configuration.

Audio and Alarm Integration

One line-level audio input and output allow connection to compatible external audio equipment. Two alarm inputs and outputs support external alarm integration. This model’s datasheet does not specify a built-in microphone, speaker or warning strobe; use suitable external equipment when audio capture or audible warnings are required.

HEOP 2.0 Support

Hikvision Embedded Open Platform 2.0 supports compatible third-party applications through its development tools. The camera provides 1.5 TOPS computing capacity. Application availability, installation and system integration require suitable software and configuration.

Recording and Remote Access

Use a compatible Hikvision network video recorder for central recording and playback. A microSD, microSDHC or microSDXC card up to 512GB provides an on-board recording option. Storage media are sold separately. Hik-Connect supports remote viewing and supported event notifications once internet access and the system are configured. Recording duration depends on bitrate, capacity and schedules.

Outdoor Protection and Power

The metal housing has IP67 weather resistance and IK10 impact resistance. The supplied -Y version adds NEMA 4X anti-corrosion protection, classified by Hikvision as moderate protection. Protect cable connections and assess site exposure. Use IEEE 802.3at Class 4 PoE+, maximum 18W, or a suitable 12V DC supply, maximum 14.5W.
