Very happy with CTC Communications service and supply of my intercom system. I received exact products as ordered and products were very well packaged and professionally delivered to my door as expected. The products have been installed and work very well -just some minor manufacturer troubleshooting to resolve. Highly recommend CTC Communications.

Review when replacing an older Kocom with this new one.

I'm really disappointed with the quality of the view from the camera to the monitor. The image is poor, and bright light sources make it even cloudier. This was one of the reasons I decided to replace the old unit, which was also failing due to moisture and sun damage. Aside from this issue, the rest of the unit is very good installation was easy, replacing a similar old unit.
Given the price I paid, I expected better.
