The Hikvision DS-KB2421T-IM is an outdoor video door station for compatible Hikvision four-wire analogue intercom systems. It provides one-touch calling, two-way audio, infrared-assisted video and a relay output for compatible electric-lock control.

Important: This listing is for the outdoor door station only. It is not a complete intercom kit and cannot operate by itself. A compatible indoor monitor, 12 V DC power, four-core cabling and professional installation are required.

The door station provides a relay contact for a compatible electric lock. The lock and its required power supply are not included and must be selected to suit the installation.

Installation Guidance

Professional installation is recommended to confirm compatibility, cable condition, voltage, door-release wiring and suitable weather protection. Although the enclosure is IP65 rated, an appropriately sheltered mounting position or the optional rain cover can provide additional protection from direct weather exposure.
