The Hikvision DS-KIS606-P 2MP IP Video Intercom Kit provides clear visitor identification, two-way communication and convenient door release for homes, villas and townhouses. Its compact outdoor station and 4.3-inch indoor monitor make it a practical choice where reliable everyday operation is more important than a large touchscreen.
When the system is correctly connected and configured, the Hik-Connect app allows authorised users to receive visitor calls, view the entrance, speak with visitors and remotely release a connected door lock from a compatible smartphone.

Door Release and Access Control
The outdoor station includes a lock-control relay and supports connection to compatible door-release hardware. Its built-in MIFARE reader can also provide card-based access for authorised users.
Door hardware note: An electric strike, magnetic lock, exit button, door contact, cabling and any additional power equipment must be selected to suit the property and locking arrangement. These items are not included in the kit.
Power, Network and Installation Requirements
This is an IP intercom system. Reliable operation depends on suitable network access, power, cabling and correct configuration. Although the stations support Wi-Fi, a wired network or PoE connection may provide the most dependable option where appropriate.
