Best For: Adding 4G cellular and wired Ethernet communication to a compatible Bosch Solution 6000 alarm system using a customer-supplied SIM, with professional installation and configuration.
Digiflex CM369 4G + Ethernet Communication Module – BYO SIM
The Digiflex CM369 combines a 4G LTE Cat 1 cellular radio and an IP Ethernet interface for a compatible Bosch Solution 6000 alarm system. It provides communication options through a suitable mobile data service and a wired network connection, according to the panel programming and services selected.
This is the CM369 customer-supplied SIM version. Supply and maintain a compatible active SIM and mobile service for cellular operation. A MyAlarm-supplied SIM or prepaid service is not included with the BYO-SIM arrangement.
Compatibility and Firmware
Confirm the alarm panel model, hardware revision and installed firmware before ordering. The installer must check the current CM369 documentation and the panel’s suitability for any required firmware upgrade. General MyAlarm service requirements should not be treated as the minimum firmware specification for this particular module.
Older panels may need additional assessment before an upgrade. Use the official Bosch Australia support resources and ask CTC to confirm compatibility if the panel’s history is unknown. Where required, a CM910 programming cable is sold separately.
Cellular, Ethernet and Service Requirements
-
4G cellular: requires a compatible customer-supplied SIM, suitable mobile plan, correct carrier settings and adequate reception.
-
Ethernet: requires network cabling and a suitable router/internet service for the intended IP functions.
-
Communication configuration: reporting destinations and available functions depend on the panel firmware, module configuration and service provider.
-
Availability: operation depends on power, mobile coverage, internet access and active services. No fixed communication path can guarantee uninterrupted service.
Confirm any second-SIM requirements and supported failover behaviour with your installer before purchase. This listing does not promise 3G fallback.
Optional iFob Control App
MyAlarm lists the CM369 as a supported connection option for compatible systems using iFob Control. App access requires a MyAlarm interactive service plan, a MyAlarm registered installer and the appropriate account and system configuration. Purchasing the module or supplying a SIM does not automatically activate the app.
- Have the installer confirm panel and module compatibility.
- Arrange the SIM/data service and Ethernet connection required for your installation.
- If iFob Control is required, select a suitable MyAlarm service plan with your registered installer.
- Configure the account, authorised app users and reporting functions, then test the system before handover.
Mobile-service charges, optional MyAlarm subscriptions and monitoring fees are separate from the hardware price unless expressly included in a written quote. SMS functions must also be confirmed against the selected SIM service and panel configuration.
Inclusions and Exclusions
This listing is for one CM369 4G + Ethernet communication module. Ask CTC to confirm the supplied antenna, mounting accessories and connection leads for the current pack.
The alarm panel, customer SIM, mobile credit/data plan, router, internet service, Ethernet cabling, programming equipment, optional subscriptions, monitoring and installation labour are excluded unless separately quoted.
Professional Installation and Support
The CM369 is an alarm-panel accessory and requires a compatible powered system. An installer should check the panel power budget, enclosure space, connection requirements, antenna location and firmware, back up the existing configuration and test all selected communication functions.
