Bosch Solution 6000 Premium Remote Kit

The Bosch Solution 6000 Premium Remote Kit combines one RFRC-STR2 wireless receiver with two HCT-4UL stainless steel four-button remotes. Once correctly installed and programmed, authorised users can operate selected alarm functions without entering a code at the keypad.

The slide-cover remotes are designed for everyday keyring use and provide a visual low-battery indication. Button operation depends on the alarm-panel programming completed for your property.

Compatibility: The HCT-4UL is a 433.425 MHz DSRF-compatible remote. This kit is not a universal RADION accessory kit. Confirm the existing Bosch panel, receiver arrangement and programming requirements before ordering.

The receiver must be wired to the alarm panel, and the remotes must be enrolled and assigned by a qualified security technician. Existing firmware, receiver type and system configuration should be checked before installation.

I say to use, need a windows laptop and download the firmware from Bosch website. I was surprised how out of date my firmware was. Upgraded to allow replacing the 3G modem with a 4G one. I did what it needed to do!

After upgrading the firmware (which is quite easy, but requires a programming cable) the installation was a 5 minutes. It recognised the module and simply did the keypad command to send test message and it worked first time! Kept all the old phones numbers on the main board and the flashing of the firmware did not lose any of the system configuration.

Great customer service

Product works as expected but it was the customer service that stood out. Helped expedite the shipping over the NY period and also provided customer support when I had issues with the install. Very friendly and responsive service.
