I have sent various emails saying that the remote I purchased is not compatible with my alarm system, have filled a form and sent a copy of invoice asking for a refund and have not heard back from anyone, not very pleased with service .

Good price, delivered quickly and all items work

The items were delivered quickly and work as described. I did ask a few questions regarding the installation, the email was responded to but the questions weren’t fully answered so I had to get an installer out to finish installing the system.

I had a DAS pad that was 20 years old, the partial button had stopped working, I purchased this 8 zone HILLS pad & replaced in in 10 minutes, it works perfectly & no programming was required, so i am extremely pleased with my purchase.
