Add a second indoor answering point with the Aiphone JV-1FD video expansion station. Designed to work with the JV-1MD master monitor, it provides a 7-inch colour screen for checking visitors and hands-free or push-to-talk communication with the connected JV door station.

Installation Information

Expansion station only: Requires a compatible JV-1MD master, JV door station and specified 24V DC system power supply. These items, cabling and electric locks are sold separately.

In the expanded layout, the door station connects to the JV-1FD, which connects onward to the JV-1MD. The specified power supply feeds the master through the expansion station. Existing installations may require rewiring; confirm cable type, conductor count, distances and door-release connections against the installation manual.

System limits: Only one JV-1FD can be added. The two indoor monitors cannot directly call each other, and recording controls are not available at this expansion station.
