Designed for Inward-Opening Doors
On many outward-opening doors, a magnetic lock can be installed directly beneath the door-frame header. This arrangement is generally not suitable for an inward-opening door because the armature plate must remain aligned with the magnet while allowing the door to swing inwards.
The AMZB4300 L&Z bracket repositions the magnetic lock and armature plate for an inward-opening configuration. The L bracket supports the magnetic lock near the header, while the Z bracket positions the armature plate on the door.
