Simple Two-Wire Video Intercom with Card and Smartphone Access
The Hikvision DS-KIS707EY 2-Wire 2MP HD Villa Intercom Kit is a complete surface-mounted entry solution for a single home, villa or townhouse. It combines the DS-KV7413EY-IME2 one-press call-button door station with the white DS-KH7300EY-WTPE2 7-inch indoor touchscreen, allowing residents to see and speak with visitors before releasing a connected door or gate.
Power, video, audio and control are carried over a simple two-wire connection between the kit devices. The outdoor station also supports compatible M1 cards, while the indoor monitor provides remote answering and unlocking through the Hik-Connect app when connected to a suitable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
Complete powered kit: The required intercom power supply/adaptor is included. A separate power supply may still be required for an electric strike, magnetic lock or other door hardware, depending on the selected locking device.

M1 Card Access and Two-Lock Control
The DS-KV7413EY-IME2 supports compatible M1 cards or fobs, giving authorised users convenient keyless entry. Two lock-control outputs provide flexibility for a pedestrian gate and door, or another compatible dual-entry arrangement, subject to the selected hardware and installation design.
No keypad: The DS-KIS707EY uses a one-press call-button door station and does not support PIN-code entry. Customers requiring a numeric keypad should consider the Hikvision DS-KIS708EY.
Door hardware note: Electric strikes, magnetic locks, gate controllers, exit buttons, door contacts, lock power supplies and associated cabling are not included unless specifically stated in the product options or quotation. Hardware must be selected to suit the door, gate and required fail-safe or fail-secure operation.
Two-Wire Installation Requirements
The supplied 24VDC power adaptor connects to the DS-KH7300EY-WTPE2 indoor station, which powers and communicates with the door station over the two-wire link. A separate DS-KAD distributor is not required for the standard one-door, one-monitor kit arrangement.
This kit is designed to simplify installation, but existing cable should always be inspected before it is reused. Conductor material, cable size, condition, joins, route length, polarity and electrical interference can affect performance.
