Check Your Exact Camera Model
Vivotek lists support for IB9399-EHV/EHTV, IB9389-EHV-V3/EHTV-V3, IB9383-HV/HTV, IB9380-HV-V2/HTV-V2 and IT9380-HV-V2. Additional listed families include IB9368, IB9380, IB9388, IB9360, IT9380, IT9360 and selected IB9389-V2 models.
Confirm the full model suffix and mounting arrangement against the manufacturer's guide. Compatibility with one fixed-lens model does not automatically confirm compatibility with its motorised version.
Route and Seal Cables Correctly
The installation guide specifies a 3/4-inch conduit for a waterproof conduit connection. Follow its instructions for the cable gland, rubber seal and unused openings. The correct seal depends on the cable diameter.
The camera and any additional pole or corner mounting hardware are sold separately. Select fixings and sealing components to suit the installation surface and cable route.
