Goods are sent via Australia Post registered post E Parcel, signed track and trace. Postage is calculated on the weighted shipping of your item to your postcode destination, for alarm systems we take into account the packaging of the item. No goods are dispatched on weekends or public holidays. For companies in Sydney we utilise our local courier service Couriers Please. Track and trace will be uploaded to your order on our E-Commerce system, please ensure your mobile and emails are entered as you will receive an automated tracking through Australia Post. Please note, we do not guarantee that Express Post is always available for next day delivery as items sell out quickly and all parts may not be in for shipping that day. Australia Post picks up from our office is at 2:30pm weekdays, orders placed after 2:30pm that day will not be in the post until the following day. We delivery to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers but ideally work addresses are more suitable for signed delivery. We are not responsible for Australia Post transit times as they do vary depending upon your destination. Please note some regions do not have an Express Post guarantee for next day delivery. Please ensure all your address details are entered correctly into our system as they are auto generated into our E-parcel account.
