Professional 24/7 Home Security Monitoring (Australia)

Protect your home or business with professional back-to-base monitoring from CTC Communications, delivering round-the-clock protection, verified alerts, and rapid response.
Whether you’re at work or on holiday, our trained operators monitor your alarm and CCTV systems 24/7, using IP and 4G/5G cellular signalling to keep your property safe after the NBN switch-over.

🔒 What Is Back-to-Base Monitoring?

Back-to-base monitoring means every alarm or CCTV event is sent directly to a 24/7 monitoring centre, where trained operators verify the incident and dispatch help when needed.
This approach replaces unreliable phone alerts with professional human verification, ensuring that police, fire, or medical services respond only to real emergencies.

Unlike DIY or self-monitored alarms, back-to-base monitoring provides guaranteed oversight—even when you’re asleep or out of mobile range.

🚨 What’s Covered Under 24/7 Monitoring?

CTC Communications’ in house alarm monitoring covers a full range of emergencies:

• 🏠 Intrusion & burglary detection via sensors and motion detectors

• 🔥 Fire & smoke alerts linked to emergency dispatch

• 🚑 Medical & duress alarms for elderly or vulnerable users

• 💧 Environmental monitoring for flood, CO, or temperature issues

Each alert type follows a verified workflow to ensure rapid, appropriate response.

🎥 CCTV Monitoring & Video Verification

Professional CCTV monitoring allows our operators to see what’s happening in real time.
Video verification confirms whether motion is genuine or false—filtering out triggers from pets or wind and improving response accuracy.
With AI analytics, the system identifies real intrusions faster and reduces false alarms, protecting your property 24/7.

🤖 Smart Sensors & AI Detection

Our systems use smart sensors for motion, glass break, smoke, and leaks, combined with AI video analytics that identify people, vehicles, or suspicious activity.
This intelligent fusion of sensor data and AI decision-making ensures your on site alarm monitoring team receives only relevant alerts—saving time, cost, and worry.

⚡ Rapid Response & Reliable Signalling

Once a verified event occurs, operators follow pre-set protocols to alert key-holders or emergency services.
Modern IP and cellular signalling guarantee messages reach the monitoring centre even if one path fails—providing continuous protection despite NBN outages or power loss.

Faster verification = faster dispatch = lower losses.

Together with Partisan Protective Services and our in-house alarm monitoring, CTC Communications provides Sydney-wide coverage with rapid-response mobile patrols.
