CCTV Installation for Seven Hills Homes

This package is designed for standard single-storey homes in Seven Hills and surrounding areas where roof-space access and cable routes are practical. Typical camera positions may include the front entrance, driveway, side access, garage and backyard depending on the property layout.

For planning advice, see Where Should Security Cameras Be Installed Around Your Home?.

Built for Future Expansion

Instead of using a four-channel recorder that is already full once four cameras are installed, this package includes an 8-channel NVR. That leaves room to add up to four additional compatible cameras later without replacing the recorder.

4TB CCTV Storage Included

The included 4TB surveillance hard drive provides more recording capacity than an entry-level 1TB or 2TB package. Actual retention depends on resolution, bitrate, frame rate, compression, activity and recording schedule.

Smart Dual Light & Remote Viewing

The Dahua 6MP turret cameras provide high-resolution surveillance with Smart Dual Light technology. Depending on settings and scene conditions, compatible models can use infrared illumination for discreet night monitoring and white light when configured events are detected.

Where a suitable internet connection is available, we will also configure Dahua DMSS on a compatible phone or tablet for remote live view and playback.

Standard Installation Conditions

The advertised $2,195 price applies to a standard single-storey installation with suitable roof-space access and straightforward cable routes.

• Double-storey or multi-level properties may require additional labour.
• Restricted roof-space access, excessive cable runs or difficult mounting conditions may incur additional charges.
• Surface conduit or specialist cable protection beyond normal installation requirements is additional where needed.
• New power point installation and network/internet remediation are not included.
• Homes under construction or installations requiring multiple site visits are quoted separately.
• Any variation is discussed with you before additional work proceeds.

Available Upgrades

• 8MP / 4K cameras
• Dahua TiOC active deterrence cameras
• larger surveillance hard drives
• additional cameras using the spare NVR channels
• motorised varifocal cameras
