Materials contained within the security installation package include:

  • 1 x Indoor screamer
  • 1 x External Siren
  • Required cabling

Terms and conditions

  • Installation applies to existing, single-storey tiled homes in the Sydney Metro area.
  • Electrician services for new power points not included.
  • Pricing covers locations within 30 minutes of Seven Hills; additional charges may apply for areas outside this range.

Exclusions

  • Powerpoint is not provided for the alarm system control panel to plug into, an electrician is to provide a powerpoint or utilising an existing one in the home.
  • Quote is based on clients information and no onsite visit has been made. 
  • Quote is subject to change when the technician attends site if the specifications differ.
  • No works will commence until both parties agree on a quoted price.
  • Variations to quoted price are acceptable if both parties agree.
  • This price is based on installation with 30 minutes from Seven Hills area, Sydney Sydney Metro pricing if out of service area
  • This quoted price is not for a home under construction, which requires two site visits for cabling and fit off.
  • (Homes under construction, different pricing exists for two site visits)
  • Colourbond roof price variation.
