Complete Two-Wire Villa Intercom Kit with Keypad Access

The Hikvision DS-KIS708EY 2-Wire 2MP HD Villa Intercom Kit combines the DS-KV7023EY-IME2 keypad door station with the white DS-KH7300EY-WTPE2 7-inch indoor touchscreen. It provides clear visitor video, two-way communication and flexible entry control by PIN, M1 card, indoor monitor or the Hik-Connect app.

This ready-to-install package includes the door station, indoor monitor, surface-mount back box and rain shield, 32GB memory card and the required kit power supply hardware. In the standard one-door, one-monitor arrangement, the indoor station powers the outdoor station over the two-wire connection, so a separate DS-KAD distributor is not required.

PIN, M1 Card and Two-Lock Control

The door station supports PIN codes and compatible M1 cards or fobs for authorised entry. Its two lock-control outputs can support a pedestrian gate and door, or another compatible dual-entry arrangement, subject to the selected locking hardware and system design.

Lock-power note: The intercom power supply is included, but electric locking hardware may require its own appropriately rated power supply. Electric strikes, magnetic locks, gate controllers, exit buttons, door contacts and associated cabling are not included unless specifically stated.

Simple Direct-Power Two-Wire Design

The DS-KIS708EY is designed as a straightforward one-residence kit. The supplied 24VDC power adaptor connects to the DS-KH7300EY-WTPE2 indoor station, which powers and communicates with the DS-KV7023EY-IME2 door station over the two-wire link.

Two-Wire Installation Requirements

Two-wire technology can simplify installation and may suit selected intercom upgrades, but existing cabling must be assessed before reuse. Conductor material, cable size, condition, joins, route length, polarity and electrical interference can all affect performance.
