System broke not long after CTC's initial visit due to issues apparent to them but weren't raised at the time, which was frustrating. But another technician, Jithin, came the second time and did a great and thorough job upgrading our system to resolve the issue.

Engaged CTC Communications to have my 20+ year-old alarm (2-storey house) system replaced. I decide to give a local company in Seven Hills a go. They provided a quote with a detailed break-down of costs. Communication was a bit ad-hoc with regard to the date of installation, but we eventually agreed on a mutually convenient date.
Pros: Arrived on time and installation was relatively smooth as they could reuse existing wiring. Cost was competitive. Technician was knowledgeable.
Cons: More guidance on navigating the control panel and its features would have been appreciated. I had to direct the technician on re-positioning one of the PIRs as it was not detecting movement accurately enough.
Overall, I would recommend CTC for your home security needs.
