Best For: Existing Hikvision Turbo HD analogue CCTV systems needing 5MP detail, strong low-light performance, 60m IR and reliable fixed-lens turret coverage over coaxial cabling.
Hikvision DS-2CE78H8T-IT3F 5MP Ultra Low Light Turret Camera
The Hikvision DS-2CE78H8T-IT3F is a 5MP Turbo HD fixed turret camera designed for high-quality analogue surveillance using compatible coaxial infrastructure. It combines 2560 × 1944 resolution, ultra-low-light sensitivity down to 0.003 Lux, 130dB true WDR, EXIR 2.0 infrared illumination up to 60 metres and switchable TVI, AHD, CVI and CVBS output.
This makes it a practical choice for upgrading compatible analogue CCTV systems where existing coaxial cabling is already in place and replacing it would add unnecessary cost or disruption.

5MP Surveillance over Existing Coaxial Cabling
The DS-2CE78H8T-IT3F is designed for Hikvision Turbo HD systems, allowing high-definition video to be transmitted over compatible coaxial cable. When paired with a suitable DVR, it provides a straightforward path to higher-resolution surveillance without requiring a complete move to IP cabling.
Ultra-Low-Light Imaging & 130dB WDR
With minimum illumination down to 0.003 Lux, this camera is designed to retain useful detail in low-light environments. Its 130dB true WDR helps balance bright and dark areas within the same scene, which is valuable around entrances, doorways, shopfronts and car park access points.
EXIR 2.0 Night Vision up to 60m
EXIR 2.0 provides long-range infrared illumination up to 60 metres. This makes the DS-2CE78H8T-IT3F well suited to driveways, building perimeters, warehouse exteriors and other areas that require dependable night-time coverage.
Ideal Applications
- existing Hikvision Turbo HD CCTV upgrades
- home driveways and external walls
- retail and commercial entrances
- office and building exteriors
- warehouses and loading areas
- car parks and perimeter surveillance
- sites where compatible coaxial cabling is being retained
