Motorised Lens and Camera Framing
Adjust the 2.7–13.5mm lens remotely to set a wider overview or a narrower view of an entrance, gate or loading bay. The horizontal field of view ranges from 112.3° to 41.2°. Zoom and focus adjustment simplifies commissioning; this is a fixed bullet camera, so the lens does not physically pan or tilt the camera.
DarkFighter 2.0 and HikAI-ISP
Hikvision’s model-specific datasheet identifies DarkFighter 2.0 imaging with a 1/1.8-inch sensor and F1.2 optics. HikAI-ISP helps reduce noise, while 130 dB scene-adaptive WDR balances bright and shaded areas. Colour footage still needs sufficient visible light, supplied by the white illuminator when necessary.
60m Smart Hybrid Light
Choose IR illumination for black-and-white night footage, white light for colour footage, or smart mode for an event-based lighting response. When configured, smart mode can switch from IR to white light around supported human or vehicle detections. Colour footage in complete darkness requires white illumination or another visible light source. Useful image detail depends on target distance and installation. IR and white-light illumination are specified up to 60m.
Human and Vehicle Detection
Human and vehicle classification supports target filtering for motion and perimeter events. Configure line crossing, intrusion, region entrance or region exiting rules to match the monitored area. Filtering helps reduce alerts from unrelated movement, with results depending on positioning, lighting, scene conditions and settings.
Active Deterrence and Two-Way Audio
Configure supported events and schedules to activate the white warning strobe and audible alarm. Arrayed dual microphones and a built-in speaker support two-way audio through compatible software. One line-level audio input and output, plus two alarm inputs and outputs, support integration with compatible equipment.
Recording and Remote Access
Use a compatible Hikvision network video recorder for central recording and playback. A microSD, microSDHC or microSDXC card up to 512GB provides an on-board recording option. Storage media are sold separately. Hik-Connect supports remote viewing and supported event notifications once internet access and the system are configured. Recording duration depends on bitrate, capacity and schedules.
HEOP and Outdoor Protection
HEOP 2.0 supports compatible third-party applications; this requires suitable software and integration. The metal housing has IP67 water and dust resistance and IK10 impact resistance. The -Y model adds NEMA 4X anti-corrosion protection, classified by Hikvision as moderate protection. Assess site exposure and protect cable connections during installation.
Power and Recorder Compatibility
Supply power through IEEE 802.3at Class 4 PoE+ or a suitable 12V DC source. Maximum consumption is 18W on PoE+ or 14.5W on DC. Check each port’s PoE+ support and the total power budget, together with recorder support for 8MP video, audio and event functions.
