System broke not long after CTC's initial visit due to issues apparent to them but weren't raised at the time, which was frustrating. But another technician, Jithin, came the second time and did a great and thorough job upgrading our system to resolve the issue.

Engaged CTC Communications to have my 20+ year-old alarm (2-storey house) system replaced. I decide to give a local company in Seven Hills a go. They provided a quote with a detailed break-down of costs. Communication was a bit ad-hoc with regard to the date of installation, but we eventually agreed on a mutually convenient date. Pros: Arrived on time and installation was relatively smooth as they could reuse existing wiring. Cost was competitive. Technician was knowledgeable. Cons: More guidance on navigating the control panel and its features would have been appreciated. I had to direct the technician on re-positioning one of the PIRs as it was not detecting movement accurately enough. Overall, I would recommend CTC for your home security needs.

Home Alarm System Work – Highly Recommended! I recently had some work done on my home alarm system and was very impressed with the service. The job was completed efficiently and to a high standard. The team also offered some excellent suggestions for improving the long-term sustainability of the system, which I really appreciated. CTC has a great range of products and fantastic service. Bought a Bosch 6000 alarm. Great system and excellent after sales support. I highly recommend CTC Communications. Sam V was professional and polite to deal with in providing the quote and promptly booking the appointment. John and Jason, the technicians, did an excellent job installing the system. They worked tirelessly without a break to finish the installation in a day. They were very patient explaining the system to my wife and I and assisting me with putting the DMSS App on my mobile phone.

I have been a customer of CTC Communications since 2016, and have bought at least 3 Bosch 6000 alarm system from them. I recently have a project that required most of them are wireless. Spoke with Sam V, I have gone through the requirement with him and came out with the plan for Bosch 6000 with 4x break glass detector, 4x smoke detectors, 7 Reed door sensor, and 15 PIR sensors. Sam V is great, have a lot of knowledge especially on the Bosch system who came across as quite knowledgeable and professional in the way he answered all of my queries. I found that CTC pricing is also competetive and reasonable. The installation went flawlessly by their technicians - Awish and Anu. They worked in a professional way and knew their jobs very well. Highly Recommend this team for your Installation. CTC Communications are really professional and understanding to my requirement in purchasing and setting up the new alarm system. The alarm is also being monitored by their sister company - PARTISAN PROTECTIVE SERVICES (PPS) - it's a great service! I have been with other company for Back to Base Monitoring, the great thing with PPS, it's m onitored and respond very fast using a real people rather than voice automation. It's such a good experience !! I hope to continue engaging the services of CTC Communications in the future
