The Hikvision DS-2CD2T86G2H-4I combines 8MP imaging, Powered by DarkFighter technology and AcuSense detection in a metal outdoor bullet camera. It has a 2.8mm fixed lens, with a 105.1° horizontal view for covering access routes and defined outdoor areas. Infrared illumination reaches up to 80m, while 120 dB WDR helps balance bright and shaded parts of the scene.

Powered by DarkFighter Low-Light Imaging
A 1/1.8-inch sensor and F1.0 optics help capture colour detail using available light. When lighting falls below a useful level, the camera can switch to black-and-white imaging with infrared illumination. Colour performance depends on the scene and available lighting.
80m Infrared Night Vision
The -4I version provides IR illumination up to 80m. Smart supplemental illumination helps manage exposure as subjects move closer. The illumination distance is not a guaranteed identification distance: useful detail depends on lens framing, target size, lighting, mounting height and image settings.
AcuSense Human and Vehicle Detection
AcuSense uses deep learning to classify human and vehicle targets for supported motion and perimeter events. Configure line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and region exiting rules to suit the property. Target filtering helps reduce unwanted alerts from unrelated movement; results depend on camera positioning, scene conditions and settings.
2.8mm Lens and Coverage
The 2.8mm F1.0 fixed lens provides a 105.1° horizontal, 54.8° vertical and 128.2° diagonal field of view. Its wide coverage suits entrances, driveways and general outdoor surveillance.
120 dB WDR and Efficient Recording
Wide dynamic range helps retain detail where bright daylight and shaded areas share the frame. H.265+ compression can reduce bandwidth and storage requirements on compatible equipment. Recording duration depends on bitrate, image settings, recording schedules and drive capacity.
Recording and Remote Viewing
Connect to a compatible Hikvision network video recorder for central recording and playback. A memory card up to 512GB provides an on-board recording option. Hik-Connect supports remote viewing and supported event notifications once the network, internet connection and system are configured. Storage media are sold separately.
Outdoor Housing and Power
The IP67 metal housing resists dust and water ingress. Protect cable connections and select suitable mounting accessories for the site. Hikvision specifies no special anti-corrosion protection for this model, so assess exposed coastal or corrosive locations separately. Use IEEE 802.3af Class 3 PoE, maximum 12W, or a suitable 12V DC supply, maximum 10W.
